Proclamation of the Mystery of Christ
Vere dignum et iustum est, æquum et salutáre, nos tibi semper et ubíque grátias ágere: Dómine, sancte Pater, omnípotens ætérne Deus: per Christum Dóminum nostrum.
Verily, it is right and just, fair and salutary for us, evermore and everywhere, to give thee thanks: Lord, Holy Father, eternal and almighty God, through Christ our Lord.
Cuius mortem in caritáte celebrámus, resurrectiónem fide vívida confitémur, advéntum in glória spe firmíssima præstolámur.
We celebrate his death in love, profess his resurrection with living faith, and await his coming in glory with the firmest hope.
Et ídeo, cum Sanctis et Angelis univérsis, te collaudámus, sine fine dicéntes:
And that is wherefore, together with all the saints and angels, we praise Thou, saying without end:
