Per hæc sacraménta, Dómine, Christi partícipes effécti, cleméntiam tuam humíliter implorámus, ut, eius imáginis confórmes in terris, et eius consórtes in cælis fíeri mereámur. Qui vivit et regnat in sæcula sæculórum.
Having been made partakers of Christ through these sacraments, Lord, we most humbly implore Thy mercy, that we may be worthy to become like Him on earth and His brethren in heaven. He who lives and reigns forevermore and ever.
