Sabbato 24 Octobris 2026, Hebdomada XXIX per annum,
Christum, in quem sperant qui novérunt nomen eius, fidénter acclamántes rogémus:
Let us call upon Christ, in whom those who know His name hope, confidently acclaiming:
   Kýrie, eléison.
   Kyrie, eleison.
Da, Christe, ut humána fragílitas, quæ per se proclívis est ad lapsum,
Allow, O Christ, that human frailty, in itself inclined to fall,
   — per te semper firmétur.
   — be strengthened by Thee
Quæ per se prona est ad offénsam,
Let those who are inclined to offend,
   — per te semper reparétur ad véniam.
   — through Thee obtain reparation.
Qui culpa offénderis et pæniténtia placáris,
Thou whom sin offends and whom penance appeases,
   — flagélla tuæ iracúndiæ, quæ pro peccátis nostris merémur, avérte.
   — remove from us the scourge of Thy wrath, merited by our sins.
Qui mulíeris pæniténtis remisísti peccáta et ovem errántem in úmeros tuos imposuísti,
Thou who forgave the repentant woman and carried on Thy shoulders the lost sheep,
   — ne avértas misericórdiam tuam a nobis.
   — do not withdraw Thy mercy from us.
Omnes, qui in te, cum in terris dégerent, speravérunt,
To all those who in thee, during their sojourn on earth, have been in hope,
   — ad cæli portas admítte, quas crucis tuæ mérito reserásti.
   — Open the gates of heaven unto them by the merits of the cross.
