It is to Thou, Lord, that I cry; my God, do not remain deaf to my voice.

Per ipsum (Christum) offeramus hostiam laudis semper Deo (Hebr 13, 15).

Through Him (Christ) may we continually offer God a sacrifice of praise (Hebr 13:15).

Lectio brevis (Rom 4, 24-25)

Crédimus in eum, qui suscitávit Iesum Dóminum nostrum a mórtuis, qui tráditus est propter delícta nostra et suscitátus est propter iustificatiónem nostram.

We believe in him, that raised up Jesus Christ, our Lord, from the dead, Who was delivered up for our sins, and rose again for our justification.

After this the proper prayer is said straightway and without "Let us pray", with the long conclusion.

Deus, qui nos resurrectiónis domínicæ ánnua sollemnitáte lætíficas, concéde propítius, ut, per temporália festa quæ ágimus, perveníre ad gáudia ætérna mereámur. Per Dóminum.

O God, who every year grants us the joys of the Lord's resurrection, grant in Thy goodness that these feasts which we celebrate in time to serve us to arrive at eternal felicities.
