Magnificence of the Lord Creator

Regnavit Dominus, Deus noster omnipotens. Gaudeamus et exsultemus et demus gloriam ei (Ap 19, 6. 7).

He reigns, the Lord our God, the Almighty. Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory (Rev 19:6, 7).

Dóminus regnávit! Decórem indútus est; * indútus est Dóminus, fortitúdine præcínxit se.

The Lord reigns! He clothed Himself with majesty; the Lord clothed Himself and girded Himself with strength.

Etenim firmávit orbem terræ, qui non commovébitur. † Firmáta sedes tua ex tunc, * a sǽculo tu es.

For He hath established the globe of the earth, which does not totter. Thy throne has been established for a long time; For centuries Thou hast been.

The rivers lift, O Lord, the rivers lift up their voices, the rivers lift up their tumultuous streams.

Acknowledge that the Lord is God; it is He who made us, and we are His, His people and the flock He leads.
